1. Graphic Designer – IT/GD/224
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design web sites, user interface designs for mobile applications and ensure that they are visually effective and easy to access
- Applying usability principles in UI designs
- Developing design briefs by gathering information and data to clarify design issues
- Thinking creatively to produce new ideas
- Innovatively redefine a design brief and meet the constraints of cost, time and the client
- Ability to work on 2 to 3 projects at a time
- Expertise in different media – computer aided design, illustration and photography
- Contributing ideas and design artwork to the overall brief
- Keeping abreast of design trends
- Working to tight deadlines
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graphics degree/diploma from a reputed institution
- Front-end development including AJAX, Java scripting, jQuery, CSS
- 3+ yrs of experience in Photoshop, Flash and Corel Draw
- Knowledge of the print, web and mobile domains
- Knowledge of 3D tools, HTML, CSS, Javascript will be an added advantage
- Have the ability to communicate with clients to discuss design needs
