Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assure the successful execution of the company’s business mission through development and deployment of the company’s projects
- Design and build complex, dynamic web sites and portals utilizing PHP
- Define architecture, development plan, as well as timelines
- Interaction with the clients for requirement gathering and analysis
- Lead a team and take ownership of projects
- Deal well with reporting and mentoring
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 7+ years experience in PHP, MySQL, HTML/DHTML, CSS & JavaScript
- Must have direct experience in leading teams developing custom applications based on technologies like PHP, MySQL, Java, .NET, Adobe Flash etc
- Other required skills include PHP, MySQL, Apache, AJAX, HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS, .NET, MS Access, Adobe Flash
- Detail oriented and ability to organize
- Should be a great team player and keep the team motivated to give good results
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Should have experience in team management and problem solving skills
- Enthusiastic person with good communication and leadership skills
