1. Quality Assurance Professional/QA Engineer – IT/ QA/ 229
We are looking for candidates with experience in testing who have previously worked in an IT company
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Understand customer requirements
- Plan, design and execute tests
- Strong background in QA methodologies
- Experience of test management tools
- Knowledge of QA automation tools
- Coordinate with the customers representative on all quality matters
- Control all non conformance reports and undertake remedial action
- Monitor the implementation of the approved QC Plan
- Assure all technical documents related to quality control are updated regularly
- Ability to learn on the job
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Familiar with full software development lifecycle
- 3+ years of experience in testing
- Efficient in troubleshooting skills, test case preparation and test case execution
- Experience in manual and automation testing, functional testing, QTP and Selenium
- Passionate about all aspects of testing
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Structured/organized approach to work
- Ability to interface with customers directly
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Strong customer focus skills and effective team player
