Roles and Responsibilities
  • The Candidate will be responsible to start and complete projects on a schedules basis, inclined to maintain highest standard of quality

  • Analyzing scope of work, project sequencing, resource planning , time estimation, scheduling , cost estimation, risk analysis are a set of responsibilities

2. Technical Lead - .Net - IT/DTL/204

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Master new technologies and development models
  • Design architecture and handle test cases.
  • Work on application development lifecycle activities that include : Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing & Implementation
  • Execute all phases of software application projects including resolving issues and helping to ensure successful deployment
  • Design and implement tables, stored procedures, views and functions extensively.
  • Maintain database protocol
  • Proactively adapt to the changing business and technological landscape of .NET technology

Desired Candidate Profile

Mandatory: Must hold a B1 visa

  • 6+ years experience in software development
  • Must possess hands on experience in working on C#, ASP.NET, AJAX, JavaScript, SQL Server 2005, WCF, Web Services and SVN (advanced level)
  • Ability to analyze information and recommend plan of action to project team members
  • Good interpersonal skills, for effective communication with business and development teams
  • Must have experience in DotNetNuke, NHibernate and IIS (Mostly site hosting on windows server)
  • Familiarity in NAnt Scripts, Spring.Net, JQuery, CSS, NUnit, XML, DHTML and HTML
  • Proficiency in relational database management
  • Expertise in Design patterns and how to implement them
  • Should be skilled in all .Net features like LINQ, Reflection, Generics, Delegates, Events
  • Awareness of User controls, Composite controls, Session and Caching management
  • Knowledge of Hudson management (Build Management), RedGate (Database merging), Jira (Bug Tracking) a plus
  • Involvement in SDLC workflow
