Extentia recently conducted two workshops for the students of Friends of Children (FoC). The first workshop took place at Sangli for the second and third-year college students on ‘Adaptation and Unconscious Bias’. The volunteers emphasized the impact of unconscious bias in our day-to-day life. The group also specified the need to adapt to new situations and illustrated this through various examples and instances. The second was held at Narayangaon for third-year students on ‘Handling Transitions’. The session spoke about several changes and challenges that students will encounter as they move from college to the corporate world. The students were appreciative and welcomed the information.
