Extentia Breakfast Talk: Conserving Species and Habitats

Payal and Sanjay Molur spoke at Extentia’s latest breakfast talk session on April 26. Sanjay is the executive director of Zoo Outreach Organization and holds a Ph.D. on bats and rodents of Coorg. Payal, a scriptwriter and researcher – has traveled extensively across India sourcing stories highlighting the need for conservation and other social issues. The couple, along with their 8-year-old daughter Elakshi Mahika share a common interest in wilderness travel and school outreach programs. 

The talk familiarized the audience with the fact that issues like diseases, stress relief, food and water security, and climate change – are all linked to conserving species. Including a couple of engaging fun activities related to tiger conservation, the session concluded with Extentians pledging to conserve species at all possible levels.
