To address the challenges of high backend license costs and limitations in customization, we enhanced the UX/UI design of the portal, migrated it from SharePoint to a centralized platform, and ensured seamless development, testing, and maintenance. The new extensible platform supports business objectives, enabling better buying decisions and easy onboarding of new SUV models. We added features like “Book a Test Drive” and “Book a Vehicle,” while facilitating turnkey launches of vehicle models and variants.
