- Let’s assume that you have two color options – ‘A’ and ‘B’. You run a survey for 20 users and asked them to rate both the options on a scale of 1 to 10. Now let’s assume ‘A’ got 6 points on an average and ‘B’ got 5.2. Would you choose the option ‘A’ because it got higher ratings than ‘B’?
