Extentia Breakfast Talk: Digital Dabbawalas by Anulom

On December 21, Extentia welcomed Sagar Ambedkar and Prabodh Navare, founders of Anulom – a government approved rental-agreement registration website that works seamlessly to provide services at your doorstep. In order to make people’s lives easier, they tied up with the Mumbai Dabbawalas, known for their honesty and trustworthiness. Anulom has been instrumental in introducing them to the world of technology.

​The process – a dabbawala is assigned to the customer by an Anulom agent and will arrive at their doorstep with a laptop and biometric device. They conducted training for multiple dabbawalas and introduced them to digital services. Anulom is striving to make India digital and have so far been successful in their mission.
