Extentia Breakfast Talk: Fitness for Happiness

On Tuesday, April 3, Extentia invited Mr. Manoj Vanjari to talk about all things fitness. A fitness coach, marathon runner, and sports enthusiast, he is also a senior HR, learning, and development professional

 

He told the audience that it is easy to view fitness as one dimensional, but the reality is very different. Fitness can take many forms and is not limited to physical activity. It can include an individual’s food and water intake, general health and even their career. Mr. Vanjari also explained the right manner in which to combine all these aspects in order to overcome challenges and stay happy.

After demonstrating a few exercises that can be incorporated into one’s regular fitness routine, he pointed out some common mistakes people make and advised against starving or over-exercising. The objective of the session was to make the audience feel confident enough to set and achieve their fitness goals.
