What is Mavericks?
The unconventional Mavericks initiative is a unique training program that aims to go beyond the conventional IT candidate and find the round pegs in the square holes.
The initiative targets to hire individuals with no relevant IT-specific educational background or experience. We look for blank slates and train them in various roles - Business Analysts, Quality Assurance Experts, and UX Designers.
BA+QA
The Mavericks BA+QA initiative sets out to train freshers from various domains to become Business Analysts and Quality Assurance Experts! This is a multifaceted role which moulds you to take on the responsibilities of the storyteller and the gatekeeper of a project. It is double the responsibility, but at the same time also double the fun! Come be a BA+QA Maverick with us!
UX Designers
The Mavericks UX Design initiative sets out to train freshers from various domains to become UX Designers! Creativity and the ability to empathize is what we look for in our UX Mavericks. You will be required to push the boundaries of creativity and think of innovative solutions to challenges. Come be a UX Maverick with us!

Salesforce is one of the most up and coming technologies and Extentia has been partners with Salesforce for over a decade! We are always looking for individuals to join our Salesforce practice and help us further digital transformation using the technology. Previous Salesforce knowledge isn't a requirement, only the curiosity to want to know more about it is!
