Agiloft releases an enhanced version of their Contract Lifecycle Management Solution!


Extentia is thrilled to announce that our ISV partner Agiloft’s new-and-improved, no-code, AI-powered, Contract Lifecycle Management solution is now available for download via the Salesforce AppExchange.

Agiloft’s AppExchange Solution allows Salesforce users to extend their Salesforce CRM Experience with a no-code, AI-powered Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solution. It provides complete Salesforce integration with a one-click contract creation of proposals, MSAs, and other agreements as well as automated approval processes integrated with email, SMS, and e-signature. It also enables users to track performance obligations, contract end-dates, renewals, and invoicing as well as recommend actions to maximize revenue. Custom dashboards to track KPIs and issue alerts can also be created as and when required.

Additionally, users can run syncs at any time manually or automatically when a record is created/edited, or run sync on a time-based schedule as well as customize data sets by mapping specific tables and fields from one system to another.

Agiloft leveraged Extentia’s AppExchange expertise to help enhance their Salesforce Application, specifically improving the installation and configuration processes for new users. These previously cumbersome and time-consuming processes have been reduced to a few minutes. An additional feature Extentia worked on as part of this upgrade enables new users to create an Agiloft Trial Account directly from Salesforce without having to create a separate Agiloft account.
