We’re thrilled to announce that our ISV partner Bidgely’s Energy Analytics for Utilities application is now available for download via the Salesforce AppExchange.
What made this project such a resounding success was a meticulous strategy that involved pre-planning to ascertain the correct approach, a design-focused approach that prioritized the user interface, moving onto a technical PoC using the learnings from an intuitive click-through prototype, and then approaching the project in a structured manner to ensure that the foundation was absolutely solid.
Extentia’s Salesforce team built out the Salesforce application to integrate with the Bidgely APIs. Lightning Web Components were used to allow users to easily and intuitively configure Bidgely widgets into their org and set the layout.
Energy Providers and Utilities can now access a customer's energy usage analysis directly within Salesforce. Bidgely's AI-powered intelligence disaggregates energy usage patterns, true appliance profiles, and next best-recommended energy tips and programs. All of this along with advanced energy insights, true bill itemization, personalized recommendations, and next best actions makes it a virtual necessity for organizations looking to manage, organize and optimize customer data.
