Qmatic and Extentia Develop a Cloud-based Customer Journey Management Platform for Salesforce


Extentia is ecstatic to announce that our ISV Partner, Qmatic’s Customer Journey Management Platform is now available for download on the Salesforce AppExchange.


Qmatic empowers businesses with innovative customer journey management solutions, smart queue management systems, user-friendly apps, and software that connect people to services in a manner that is both efficient and convenient for customers and staff.


Qmatic’s Customer Journey Management for Salesforce is a cloud-based solution that creates an enhanced customer experience through an appointment and queue management system, which enables a 360-degree overview of customer and service environment. This solution empowers staff by providing a set of tools to monitor, manage, and personalize the customer journey.


As PDO Experts, Extentia’s team worked alongside the Qmatic team to integrate Qmatic’s existing solution with Salesforce and build out an AppExchange solution. The app boosts productivity and provides a seamless customer experience by enabling target organizations to handle appointment and queue management as well as core business operations.
