8+ years’ experience managing UI/UX design projects

Experience in leading a growing team of creative designers/UI developers

Experience in manage end to end UI/UX design projects (web and mobile)

Must drive high quality user experience and visual design

Leading conceptualization sessions for strategic mobile and non mobile B2B and B2C projects

Present the designs to client teams, manage project schedules and deliver the projects

BA/BS degree, especially focussed on HCI, human factors, creative design

Passion for designing high quality web and mobile user interface designs and a demonstrable portfolio

Strong knowledge of user-centered design and mobile best practices

Experience in development using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and jQuery will be an added advantage

Experience with interactive/responsive design and development

Experience working on web, mobile, digital projects using agile project methodologies

Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
