Desired Candidate Profile:

Over 4 years of experience in Marketing Cloud implementations, ideally involving integrations with Salesforce core and other platforms.

Advanced HTML/CSS/AMP script/SQL/Rest API knowledge and web editing experience.

Used Postman for troubleshooting and testing triggered campaigns, API subscriber data and for monitoring purposes.
-
SQL, HTML and CSS experience.
-
Experience of SFMC, SQL, AMP script and MC APIs.

Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience in Design, Coding and Database Interaction.

Good working experience on Email Studio, Web Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Audience Builder, Content Builder, and Marketing Cloud Connect

Working experience on Mobile Studio.

experience in discovering, analysing, and identifying individual client objectives and challenges, and mapping them back into the Salesforce Marketing Cloud solution portfolio

Experience in design innovative solutions to address client challenges and focus on building those solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Ability to create personalized and dynamic content email/SMS/push campaigns.

Ability to work on SSL installation, DNS configuration like adding SPF, DKIM and DMARC records on delegated domain and assisting clients with SAP queries.

Understanding of client data model to build and set up activities. Integration of the marketing cloud with other CRM clouds or 3rd party DMS using marketing cloud connector.
Good to Have:

Defining segmentation criteria for batch and trigger emails/SMS campaigns and conducting A/B testing. Creating data extensions using SQL scripts by analysing the campaign requirements.

Ability to work with the deliverability team to troubleshoot domain blacklisting issues and creating IP warming plans.

Ability to help clients with account setup queries related to administration, platform tools, settings and configuring the users with the right set of roles and permissions.
