Visual Designer

Work within a cross-functional team in creating high-quality visual designs reflective of our brands, from concept to execution for a variety of web and mobile platforms
Be responsible for successful delivery of user flow diagrams, wireframes, mockups, design comps, and final assets that are scalable, executed correctly, and ready for development, including comprehensive style guides
Be adept at working in partnership with cross functional stakeholders, and are on top of best practices and current trends in UX and UI design, web, and mobile technologies
Contribute to the continual improvement of our growing UX design and development process

Candidate should have over 4 years of experience
Have a bachelor's degree in visual, communication, or graphic design (or a related field) -- preferably from a design school
Have more than a year's experience designing visual interfaces for mobile, desktop, web (responsive web as well as native iOS and Android), and tablets
Have a strong online portfolio showcasing skills in designing user interfaces/experiences
Deeply appreciate layout, typography, and color, desire for simple, sleek and usable experiences
Produce design from concept to delivery
Translate high-level designs into production ready designs
Exhibit well-organized file and asset management, well-kept PSD’s with excellent PS etiquette
Are a master in Adobe Creative Suite
Strongly understand responsive design as well as mobile platform design guidelines
Show awareness of latest trends and developments in web technologies, best design practices, interaction design, UI and UX
Know motion sensibility and interaction design
Demonstrate fluency in wire framing software
Are able to support multiple projects
Possess skills to balance excellent design with short deadlines
Are willing to work closely with UX strategy and are more flexible
