Extentia Celebrates Its 20th Anniversary at the 2019 Annual Party
Clients, partners, friends, Extentians, and families come together to mark the occasion

Extentia’s flagship event – the company’s annual party was held on March 8, at the Turf Club, Pune. Over a thousand people – Extentians, clients, family, and friends came together to celebrate Extentia’s 20th anniversary. Each of the company's six houses put up performances after weeks of practice. The house-wise acts, a combination of skits and dance performances were followed by a common house dance on several iconic Bollywood songs. Extentia’s administrative staff and key contributors for the past year were recognized in an awards segment that took place in between the acts.
This year’s theme, the ‘20 years challenge’ was in line with the company’s successful completion of two decades. Extentians in general were dressed like they were 20 years ago – with their attire and accessories from 1998. Like every year, the photo booth with props and cutouts was a major highlight of the evening. Extentians participated in a social media contest by posting pictures and live videos using the ‘#20YearsChallenge’ hashtag.
This year, the company’s social outreach program – Sakaar, supported an NGO called Friends of Children (FoC), Pune. FoC works towards the empowerment of students in rural Maharashtra. Extentians and guests contributed to the cause through a raffle, and the winner was announced toward the end of the evening.
The evening concluded with the final award segment for the company’s inter-house Extentia Premier League (XPL). Since 2010, XPL events have included sports, art, singing, and quiz competitions. The trophy was presented to the overall champion house that won the highest number of events through the year.
