Extentia Joins dentsu’s “One Day for Change” Initiative! 

Extentians enthusiastically participated in the initiative for sustainable actions and life-saving contributions.

Extentia enthusiastically took part in dentsu’s global annual sustainability event, “One Day for Change” (ODfC), uniting our people as a “force for good.” Each year, employees organize volunteer events near our offices to support local non-profit organizations. 

Taking place between April 19 and June 7 every year around the Asia Pacific region, ODfC also encompasses Earth Day (April 22) and World Environment Day (June 5). One Day for Change is also designed to encourage long-term behavior change, raising awareness of sustainability issues, and inspiring more people to give back to their communities. 


This year, Extentia’s efforts shone through two significant events: “Kapdaa-Kapdee 2024” (a donation drive) and a Blood Donation Drive organized by House Infinite. Both of these activities have been successful long-term initiatives by Extentia towards making positive changes over many years. These activities highlight the company’s continued dedication to making a meaningful difference in both environmental sustainability and public health. 

Embracing Sustainability with Kapdaa-Kapdee 2024 

Keeping in line with the “One Day for Change” program, Extentia continued with the Kapdaa-Kapdee 2024 ran from May 9 to May 24, 2024. During this time, Extentia's offices became vibrant collection centers for a wide variety of reusable and recyclable items, aligning with this year’s theme of Sustainable Behaviors. We encouraged our team to make small but impactful changes in how we live, use things, and support one another. 


Donation boxes were brimming with generous contributions from Extentians, including reusable items such as clothes, bed sheets, books, toys, and footwear. On the recycling front, we collected paper, cardboard, scrap metal, plastic bottles, wrappers, packets, clean Tetra Paks, glass bottles, and e-waste. All these donations are handled by our NGO partner, ensuring they are put to good use in supporting environmental sustainability and community welfare. Together, we’re making a difference! 

Blood Donation Drive by House Infinite 2024: "The Gift of Blood is the Gift of Life" 

On June 7, 2024, Extentians came together at EHP in Pune from 10 AM to 4 PM for a blood donation drive organized by House Infinite, under the theme "The Gift of Blood is the Gift of Life". We collected 46 units of blood from our dedicated team members, including many repeat donors and a few brave first-timers. This collective effort highlights our continued commitment to saving lives and supporting community health as an organization.
