Must have:

  • Over 4 to 8 years of experience as a business executive in a technology services organisation

  • Experience in business development, front-line sales and marketing and dealing directly with customers

  • Good knowledge and application of business concepts through pre-sales, sales, and software development cycles

  • Experience in identifying and developing business opportunities that match the organizations skills and experience

  • Presented appropriate and compelling marketing collaterals during pre-sales cycles

  • Ability to capture business requirements and translate them to workable technology solutions

  • Experience in liaisioning with technical teams for scoping, estimations, project plan and team structure, structure business engagement models based on projects and customer needs

  • Experience in presenting compelling proposals and be involved in sales pitches, pricing negotiations and deal closure

  • Ability to manage customers in the long-run, nurture relationships and grow individual accounts

  • Participate and represent the organization at business summit and networking events

  • Excellent Communication skills - Verbal clarity, grammatical accuracy, ability to present clear and concise sales pitches

  • Innate business sense with excellent people-centric personality

  • Strong networking and negotiation skills
    High degree of customer empathy

  • Bachelor/ MBA in Business (International Business / Business Administration / Commerce / Economics)

  • Computer-savvy, power-user of typical office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM apps

Good to have:

  • Experience in selling Mobile solutions and Microsoft solutions or knowledge of Travel/Tourism/Hospitality/Education/Advertising/Internet Marketing domain

  • Experience of working on the Salesforce CRM (will be an added advantage)d

  • Graduation and an MBA in Marketing/International Marketing
