  • Technical background (software development) with 8-12 years of experience 

  • Experience in managing mid-sized technical teams

  • Business analyst background with operations management experience

  • Service delivery management

  • Customer engagement

  • Excellent communication skills

  • People management

  • Project management

Good to have

  • Infrastructure management 

  • Ability to give value addition ideas

  • Create a work pipeline for extended teams outside of the engagement

  • Assistance in creating reports – internal as well as weekly, monthly, quarterly reports for clients
