Members from team Extentia recently participated in the RPA challenge at SAP Labs India that was held in a complete online setup. The participants included five members from Extentia’s Bangalore office, Ashoka, Chenna, Mahesh, and Sweta. The well-thought-through use case created by the team, called ‘Candidate Interview Scheduling using SAP’s Intelligent Robotic Process Automation (IRPA), ML, and Conversational AI (CAI) – included integrating multiple technologies to achieve digital transformation in the HR sector. Providing complete automation for scheduling an interview for a candidate, their solution garnered admiration and got them the third position in the challenge, competing with more than 70 ideas. A great learning experience for each participating team member from Extentia, it was a great opportunity for the team to bring together their expertise, explore the capabilities of RPA tools, and collaborate, virtually.
