UX Designer

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Over 4 years of experience

• Understanding of usability concept and ability to create IA across multiple platforms while collaborating cross-functionally

• The ability to understand the brief and convert it into appealing, highly usable user-centric design interfaces, task flows, screen designs, and interaction models

• Understanding the end-users of the application through secondary and primary research (user interviews, research data) and thus create low fidelity prototypes and eventually high-fidelity designs/mock-ups, wireframes

• The ability to translate abstract concepts into simple and elegant user interfaces

• Experience in design thinking, problem solving, and user-centric mindset

• Ability to develop straightforward design approaches from complex design models and conduct the usability testing

• Skill sets to collaborate, communicate, and work as part of a multi-disciplinary team

• Work closely with fellow creatives and developers to ensure a cohesive design process

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles

• Knowledge of mobile platform standards

• Good communication and with stellar analytical skills

• Proficiency in software tools needed to complete the projects successfully (For example: Photoshop, Illustrator, Axure, Sketch or equivalent tools)

• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills

• Degree in design from a reputed design school
