Extentia and Clientela Inc Develop Customer Data Platform for the Salesforce AppExchange

Extentia is excited to announce that our ISV Partner Clientela Inc’s Customer Data Platform is now available for download via the Salesforce AppExchange.


Clientela Inc offers a set of acquisition, clienteling, and operations solutions that are scalable, integrated, and customizable as per requirement. These solutions empower retailers to build long-lasting relationships with their customers.


Clientela Inc’s platform is built for adaptability and encourages innovation. It provides value to its customers by enabling them to drive qualified traffic with tailored digital services, help their teams prioritize sales opportunities and maximize productivity and collaboration of teams.


Clientela Inc leveraged Extentia’s AppExchange expertise to allow clients to access customer data via Salesforce and integration with the Clientela Inc platform. Extentia’s team worked alongside Clientela Inc’s internal team to improve productivity by creating a seamless experience for customers through an effective AppExchange application. The application features a configuration screen to integrate Salesforce with the Clientela Inc platform, a solution that facilitates instant one-way contact data sync and one-time bulk syncing of contacts upon installation.


The solution optimizes the process of maintaining synchronized data across both platforms and eliminates the time-consuming, standardized task of keying in data manually. This allows for resources to function more effectively by prioritizing other important tasks. Customers can now easily track, monitor, and make important decisions based on their CRM data more easily.
